2024 Board of Director Elections
Voting will occur via electronic voting online and USPS mail. The minimum age to vote is 18-years old.
The emails and mailing addresses currently in our contacts database do not contain all members’ addresses. We are asking your help to ensure everyone you know has received this communication. If not, please email their contact information to Info@bofainc.org.
Paper ballots will be distributed via USPS mail to select members not versed in computer technology, or we only have mailing addresses. https://forms.office.com/r/gUFKkZrUC6?origin=lprLink
Votes may be cast online via our Electronic Ballots (E-Ballots) using the Voting Button provided above (not emails, Facebook, texts, voicemail, etc.) at: bit.ly/2024bofavote. For easier management of the voting process, please use this E-ballot in lieu of mailing them for faster processing and database updates. You may also complete an E-ballot as a representative of another individual by including both of your contact information with their vote.
Nissan Thomas, Esq. (Election Chairman), and Patricia Dozier (Minister/Election Committee Member) will confidentially conduct the voting process and issue the results to the current President and Vice President. They will in turn announce the newly elected board via email and social media.
The voting deadlines are provided below and will be strictly enforced.

Tuesday, 19 Nov., 2024: Election Polls Open.

Saturday, 30 Nov., 2024, midnight EST: Election Polls Close.

USPS mail-ins must be post-marked by the same date, 11/30/ 2024.

Thursday, 19 Dec., 2024: Election Results Count Completed.

Friday, 20 Dec., 2024: New Elected BOFA Board of Directors Announced.
The next Executive Team will lead and execute our mission goals over the next two years.
